My wifey this time. Earlier it was my son who threw the first mobile that I had in a bucket of water. It was because he found the "splash" amusing.
Now wifey joins the party by thinking that my latest mobile needs cleaning along with my clothes and sends it for a spin for about half an hour in the washing machine.
What do i do? I take out the soaking wet mobile phone with visible water inside and take apart all the panels, sim card and battery. Then place all of them in a bowl and cover it with raw rice and leave for 48 hours.
Voila!! the phone works now and yes the display is a bit faded. You can say it got cleansed.
